The Role & Primary Requirements
The Registered Nurse will work within the busy health clinic at Grand Pavilion and our other locations too, covering both pediatric and adult patients in the areas of Obstetrics and Gynecology, General Practice, Dermatology, Paediatrics and ENT. We need a highly experienced nurse with the following essential requirements:
You the Individual
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a registered nurse
- Experience of working across a wide range from newborn babies to older adults
- Experience in Paediatric and ENT would be an asset
- Experience in care coordination with different health sectors
- Possibly some experience of managing and leading a nursing team
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in venipuncture
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling insurance in Cayman Islands (including broad understanding of ICD-10 coding , precerts, verifications, claim submissions and resubmissions) would be an asset
- Experience in hospital setting and understanding of hospital operations is preferred
- Able to use initiative, self-directed and forward planner
- Has experience working with EMR and competent computer skills
Remuneration, Terms & Conditions
Remuneration will comprise of a salary of $3,500 – $5,000 KYD per month, depending on experience, as well as health insurance and pension benefits as prescribed by law. Hours of work include Monday to Friday daytime, and alternate Saturday mornings.Â
