Video Consultations Still Available
We are continuing to in-person appointments as normal, but we do offer video or telephone consultations if preferred. Both types can be booked using the BOOK AN APPOINTMENT button below or by calling clinic.
VISITING THE PRACTICE – ALL PERSONS
We ask that everyone OVER the age of 5 years old wears a MASK, which is mandated in the latest legislation, gazetted on 23rd September 2021 and running until 22nd November 2021.

If your child is 5 years or under and has cold or flu-like symptoms, please have them and yourselves wear a mask.
HAVE ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS?
If you or your child has any of ythe following symptoms, please put your mask on and make the nursing or medical staff aware:
- Shortness of Breath
- Runny or Stuffy Nose
- Loss of Taste or Smell
- Sore Throat
We apologise for these arrangements but they are necessary for protection of all persons.
NO accompanything family members for adults, except for pregnancies, where partner only can accompany
1 accompanying adult per paediatric patient, unless under 7 days old.
Patients attending Women’s Health for pregnancy consultations may be accompanied by their partner.
Additional Information for Parents & Children
LIMITATIONS ON ACCOMPANYING PARENTS
At this time, we are restricting the number of parents or people that can accompany a child to the clinic to ONE parent or person if the child is over 7 days old. This is a precautionary measure that allows us to better manage enhanced triage and hygiene measures.
WEIGHING & MEASURING FOR BABIES
We are continuing to address these checks through walk-ins but subject to the above accompanying person restrictions. Thank you.
Well-child checks continue to be conducted in person.
