Hi All Quick update to say that we have no given the go ahead on the IT upgrades with Logic to a same day priority response...
IT Issue Resolution & Reporting
Standard IT operating procedure from problems (applies to all problems that aren’t simple to solve individually and locally):
- Turn it off, count 10 elephants, turn it back on again. Fixed? If no, carry on below
- Check for things within your scope of expertise (your IT comfort level). Fixed? If no, carry on below
- Beyond the above two – reporting on form is now mandatory, then continue below
- Inform IT Lead (phone or WhatsApp 327-7823 and/ or Call Integrity (747-7701), with whom we have a support contract
