Staying Connected: Our WhatsApp & Email Policy
We’re happy to stay in touch and support your care journey, but to ensure patient safety and timely communication, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines when contacting our clinicians:
-
For urgent clinical concerns, please call the clinic. WhatsApp and email messages are not monitored in real time, especially during clinic hours. Our nursing team is available by phone to help you connect with the appropriate clinician.
-
Please only send clinical photos (of yourself or your child) if your clinician has specifically requested them.
-
For clinical advice, we recommend a consultation. To provide safe and appropriate care, we do not offer clinical advice via WhatsApp or email. Please book an in-person or telephone appointment so your concern can be properly assessed.
-
WhatsApp and email communications may incur consult fees where appropriate.
-
For non-clinical matters such as medical letters, prescriptions, or appointment scheduling, please email nurses@integra.ky. Kindly allow up to 7 days for administrative requests to be processed.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and efficient care environment.

Outside Normal Hours
If your situation is urgent outside of Integra’s work hours, please contact or admit yourself to Doctors Hospital 24 Hour Urgent Care or HSA’s Emergency Department. If you are admitted to another facility when Integra is closed, then you can request that your Integra physician take over your care the next working day. You can either inform the nurses on the ward, who will contact your physician directly, or call Integra yourself and request for an urgent appointment with your selected physician. Voicemails and Online Appointment Requests that came through the night prior are addressed between 8am-8:30am every morning Monday to Saturday.
We typically respond in under 2 hours, if before 10pm, and mostly within literally just a few minutes.
