Obstetric Services

  • Pre-conception care, including advice about pre-existing medical conditions prior to pregnancy

At Integra, we are blessed to have an experienced, tertiary UK consultant with a special interest in fetal medicine, including specialist skills training from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This provides added security and a multidisciplinary approach to specialist obstetric care, fetal health and emerging problems that just doesn’t exist anywhere else on island.

Dr Manoharan has 23 years’ experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, including more than a decade at tertiary level, 7 years as consultant at the prestigious Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and a number of years as Assistant Professor at the world-renowned Weil Cornell Medicine, located in their Qatar campus, part of Cornell University.

Dr Laura Hole is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in the Cayman Islands with 15+ years’ experience. She recently joined the team at Integra in June 2023. She has a host of experience and training particularly in gynae ultrasound, colposcopy (BSCCP accredited) along with numerous surgical procedures including: surgical gynae oncology, advanced laparoscopy and complex open surgical procedures.

Dr Mike Smith is a highly trained and experienced Obstetrician & Gynaecologist who joined us here at Integra Healthcare in the Cayman Islands in June 2023. Dr Smith is experienced in running busy Obstetrics Delivery Suites along with the antenatal and post-natal care of patients. He has completed the RCOG subspecialty training in Gynaecological Oncology and has advanced gynaecological surgical skills in both open and minimal access surgery.
