Dr Stenette Davis

Dr. Stenette Davis is a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with over 16 years of clinical expertise, offering compassionate and evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. Known for his thoughtful, patient-centred approach, Dr. Davis prioritises listening and understanding above all else prescribing only when absolutely necessary.

Dr. Davis brings a rich, multidisciplinary background to his practice. In addition to his psychiatric training, he is certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Intensive Interaction. He is also a certified Master Hypnotherapist, integrating clinical hypnotherapy into his practice to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. His holistic approach recognises each person as a whole never just a diagnosis.

With a special interest in neurodevelopmental disorders and neurodivergent presentations, Dr. Davis is a strong advocate for early identification, accurate diagnosis, and inclusive support systems. His passion in this area is deeply personal, informed by his own experience as a parent of a loved one on the autism spectrum.
