Dr Charlotte Austen

Dr Charlotte Austen is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Integra Healthcare with specialist expertise in high-risk obstetrics and benign gynaecological surgery, including advanced laparoscopic and open procedures. She holds an MBBS with Distinction, is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Pain Management with Distinction.

Dr Austen completed her specialty training in North and East London, where she worked within a highly diverse and complex patient population. She brings extensive experience in managing both routine and high-risk pregnancies, as well as a wide range of gynaecological conditions.

Known for her calm, compassionate approach, Dr Austen is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based care tailored to each woman’s needs. She takes a holistic view of health, recognising that many conditions are not isolated to one system and require a whole-person approach to achieve the best outcomes.

In recognition of her leadership and dedication to education, she was awarded RCOG Regional Trainer of the Year (2023). She has also contributed to medical publications and clinical guideline development, reflecting her role as both a clinician and educator.

Now based in the Cayman Islands, Dr Austen enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, including scuba diving, swimming, travelling, and kite surfing.
