Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may be waiting for care.
No-Show Policy:
A “no-show” is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling in advance. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be recorded as a no-show.
Fees and Repeated No-Shows:
- A fee of $50 may be charged for missed appointments or same-day cancellations.
- Patients who accumulate two or more no-shows may be subject to discharge from the practice or limited in their ability to schedule future appointments.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.
