Matthew Pellow is the Director of Operations at Integra Healthcare, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership, strategic planning, and operations management. His journey with the healthcare industry began in 2004 at a young age, conducting inventory for the Doctors Hospital Pharmacy—an experience that ignited his early passion for leadership and service excellence.
Matthew attended Ridley College in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, where he developed his leadership skills as Head Prefect, Chairman of the Student Committee, and Valedictorian. He went on to earn dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Performing Arts and English from the University of Toronto, further refining his communication and creative problem-solving abilities.
With over five years of management experience, Matthew previously served as the Managing Director of Cayman-based marketing agency FSH Design Limited. He returned to Doctors Hospital as Supply Chain Manager, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the hospital’s materials management processes—implementing best practices that enhanced operational efficiency, prioritised safety, and elevated service to both staff and patients.
Promoted to Director of Support Services, Matthew oversaw a broad portfolio including Facilities, Housekeeping, Biomedical Engineering, and Kitchen Services. His solution-oriented mindset and drive for innovation led him to join Integra Healthcare in December 2023.
Beyond his professional commitments, Matthew is an active member of the Cayman arts community. He has a passion for theatre, singing, dancing, and acting. At the core of everything he does is his deep appreciation for family—both his own and the extended family he has found within the community and his workplace.

Dr. Francisco Martinez was born in Madrid, Spain. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Complutense University of Madrid and began his medical career in Family Medicine, working as a Family Physician in remote rural villages. He later earned a diploma in Palliative Care and worked in a dedicated palliative care hospital in Madrid.
From his early university years, Dr. Martinez demonstrated a keen interest in Legal and Forensic Medicine, completing multiple specialised courses as well as a Master’s degree in Assessment Medicine. Over the years, he has held leadership roles as Medical Director and Consultant for several major insurance companies, frequently serving as an Expert Witness in complex legal cases. He also acted as an adviser to the Malpractice Department of the Public Health Service in the Community of Madrid.
Dr. Martinez successfully passed the national examinations to work in the Emergency Department of Spain’s main military hospital—The Central Defence Hospital in Madrid. During his 11 years there, he gained extensive experience in Emergency and Disaster Medicine. Notably, he was involved in the emergency response to the 2004 Madrid train bombings. He also contributed to the early development of telemedicine, supporting military doctors stationed in combat zones by providing clinical guidance from afar (ROLE 1 support).
In pursuit of his long-held dream to practise medicine in a different country and language, Dr. Martinez relocated to the United Kingdom, joining the Emergency Department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. In 2012, he accepted an opportunity to move to the Cayman Islands to work as a Family Physician. After holding various positions locally, he realised his vision by founding Integra in 2019, where he currently serves as Medical Director.
Dr. Martinez has a passion for medical education. He served as an Associate Professor at a medical university in Madrid and currently teaches at St. Matthew’s University in the Cayman Islands. He has also been actively involved in the training of resident doctors in Emergency Medicine.
With more than 30 years dedicated to his greatest passion—medicine and the understanding of the human body—Dr Martinez continues to lead with integrity and vision.
Beyond medicine, his personal interests include reggae music, classic Jamaican ska, and football. He is a devoted supporter of Atlético Madrid.

Nurse Dee is an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse with over 20 years of international expertise in both general and paediatric nursing. Her career spans clinical settings across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and the Cayman Islands, where she has consistently delivered high-quality, compassionate care.
With a strong foundation in patient-centred nursing, Dee brings specialised experience from Coronary Care Units (CCU), High Dependency Units (HDU), and paediatric hospitals. She holds a postgraduate qualification in Children’s Nursing and has a particular passion for holistic care in paediatrics and newborns. Her clinical strengths include managing complex conditions, overseeing vaccination programmes, and performing venipuncture in children with a calm and confident approach.
A proven, solution-focused leader, Dee thrives in diverse and high-pressure environments. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a reputation for accountability, teamwork, and building trust with both patients and colleagues. As a former team leader in critical care, she was responsible for staff motivation, care coordination, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes with a family-first mindset.
Currently serving as the Clinical Coordinator and Lead Nurse at Integra Healthcare, Dee has played an integral role in the clinic’s growth—from a small team of three doctors to a thriving practice of 16 physicians and over 50 staff members. She takes immense pride in this evolution and remains energised by the challenges and opportunities it brings.
Outside of her professional role, Dee is a proud wife and mother to three children. Hailing from a large and ever-entertaining Irish family, she enjoys the vibrant life offered by the Cayman Islands. In her spare time, she can often be found walking on the beach, practising yoga, or spending quality time outdoors. Her passion for travel and volunteering has taken her to over 40 countries, where she has worked with medical charities in Ghana and Belarus—experiences that have enriched her cultural understanding and adaptability.
Balancing professional growth with personal wellbeing, Nurse Dee remains committed to delivering exceptional care, supporting her team, and evolving as a healthcare leader.

David Pellow has owned and managed a group of private pharmacies both in Canada and the Cayman Islands for about 40 years. He was at one time the Administrator of Chrissie Tomlinson Memorial Hospital for four & a half years. As a seasoned business professional, David has analyzed the acquisition of existing practices in Canada and participated in the funding and budgeting of the start-up of three pharmacies in Cayman and the share purchase of Doctors Hospital (March 2016). Since that acquisition, he has aided in the preparation of Doctors Hospital Year End Financial Statements (2016 to 2020) and has overseen the formal audit process in accordance with GAAP.
David sits on the hospital’s Board of Directors as the Vice Chairman, a member of both the Hospital Administration Committee & the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and as Director of Support and Ancillary Services, David leads the following services within the hospital: Pharmacy Operations; Diagnostic Imaging Services; Laboratory Services; Facilities Management & Maintenance; Hospitality & Environmental Services. David previously led the hospital’s Finance team as CFO from 2016-2020, however, he is still the Chair of the Board Finance Committee.
David is an innovator in business and pharmacy in both Canada and the Cayman Islands. He has won numerous awards in his field and is recognized across the Caribbean for his leadership in the Caribbean Association of Pharmacists.
He has been this organization’s Secretary/Treasurer, Executive Director and Partner Relations Manager. He also has been
the President of the Cayman Pharmacists Association and Chairperson of the Cayman Islands Pharmacy Council for many years.

Dr. Margo McCrae is the Director of Strategic Services at Doctors Hospital and Chair of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic and operational leadership across the organization. Since joining in 2013, she has played a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
As Director of Strategic Services, Dr. McCrae leads hospital-wide initiatives, including strategic planning, quality improvement, and patient safety. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), she directly oversees the hospital’s Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Program, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
With expertise in both clinical and administrative leadership, Dr. McCrae brings a comprehensive perspective to her role. She collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to align organizational goals and drive strategic success.
Dr. McCrae began her career as a Clinical Pharmacist at a major, University-affiliated tertiary healthcare and research institution in Canada before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (2009) and a Doctorate in Pharmacy (2018) from the University of Toronto.
